Heidelberg Materials North America is seeking a Sales and Logistics Manager for Aggregates to lead sales strategies, strengthen customer relationships, and drive efficiency in dispatch and scale management. The role combines office work with field visits and travel within the region to support business development and customer engagement.

Lead and execute sales strategies to grow market share and profitability in the aggregates sector
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
Drive operational excellence in dispatch and scale management
Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction and product availability
Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reporting to senior leadership
Lead and develop sales and logistics team members while fostering a collaborative, results-oriented culture
Support business integration and continuous improvement initiatives by implementing consistent processes and driving operational alignment
Proven ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies
Strong communication and relationship-building skills across diverse teams and clients
Experience managing customer relationships, sales pipelines, forecasting, and business development activities.
Proven ability to manage Aggregate Logistics including contractor management and order desk/dispatch team management
Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision making
Demonstrated capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
