Description

As a Business Development Analyst on the Investments, Canada team, you will support the growth of our Investment business by partnering with institutional investors such as pension funds, endowments, and foundations across Canada. You'll be part of a team that prioritizes client needs and offers opportunities to engage in all stages of new business pursuits, including RFP responses, presentations, marketing, database management, competitor analysis, and CRM pipeline management.

The Role
  • Manage RFP proposals from drafting to submission, coordinating responses across teams.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with client activities and information.
  • Organize and maintain shared websites with proper document management.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Update presentation slides and proposal response libraries.
  • Create initial drafts of client presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Collect and verify necessary documents from clients and stakeholders.
  • Review reports for accuracy and data integrity.
Qualifications
  • Undergraduate degree with 1-3 years of experience.
  • Progress towards CFA designation is desirable.
  • Interest in financial markets.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Team-oriented and detail-focused.
  • Proficient in Excel.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time, and meet deadlines.
