Sales Account Executive

As an Account Executive with Western Financial Group, you will be provided warm leads to close. This is an in-office work opportunity with paid licensing and training.

Here is what a typical day looks like

  • Conduct sales calls for new online leads provided to you by the business.
  • Up-sell and cross-sell when talking to customers on all our insurance products.
  • Best match client needs to insurance company offerings.
  • Continuous self-development, through industry and community involvement, and industry-related courses.

The value you bring

  • General Level 1 License and insurance industry knowledge is an asset – if unlicensed, we would train the right candidate and Level 1 License would need to be obtained within three months.
  • A passion to help people protect what is most valuable to them.
  • A self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset with unlimited earning potential through a mix of fixed and variable compensation.
  • The ability to communicate professionally in person, over the phone, and through email.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in the face of adversity.

Hours: 37.5 / week

Location: Winnipeg, MB

Compensation: Base Salary + New Business Commission
