Reporting Relationship: This position reports directly to the General Manager.

Job Summary: The Remote Marketing Manager oversees the daily operations of the Remote Marketing Team and is responsible for driving both Prime & Sub-Prime vehicle sales. The role includes managing all division activities such as advertising monthly sales promotions, exceeding sales targets, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. The manager should be an expert in processing, reviewing, and structuring credit applications with banking institutions.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive finance.
• Experience in structuring sub-prime financing and knowledge of sub-prime lending options.
• Understanding of finance options, vehicle protection products, and personal coverage related to vehicle ownership.
• Proficiency with industry-standard technology and software to support Sales, Legal and Compliance, Administration, and Management functions.
• Self-motivated with a commitment to personal and professional development.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
• High attention to detail with effective time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
• Valid Class 5F driver’s license and reliable vehicle for commuting.
