Job summary

Canadian Tire in Toronto, ON is seeking an Associate Program Manager, Sales Acceleration for an 18-month contract that is a full-time role. You will drive Sales Acceleration programs across the Dealer network, coordinating teams to turn strategic initiatives into store-level results.

You’ll collaborate with Merchandising, Store Operations, Marketing and Communications to align priorities, track performance, and simplify execution using AI-powered tools.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in program management, communications, retail operations, merchandising, sales enablement or a related field.
• Project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort with AI-powered tools for communication, analysis and day-to-day productivity.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, execution and improvement of sales-driving initiatives across the Dealer network.
• Manage project plans, timelines and key deliverables, and keep stakeholders aligned on program outcomes.
• Track program performance, spot improvement opportunities and make recommendations based on insights and feedback.
• Develop and carry out communication and engagement strategies that help Dealers activate key business priorities.
• Partner with cross-functional teams on product launches, promotional initiatives and store-focused programs.
• Facilitate feedback channels and working groups between Dealers and internal teams.
• Work with leaders in Merchandising, Store Operations, Marketing and Communications to align priorities and drive execution.
• Monitor program effectiveness through performance metrics and engagement data, and look for ways to simplify execution and improve the Dealer experience.
• Use new technologies and AI-powered tools to work more efficiently.
