Job description

The Sales Representative will be responsible for expanding ProveraCare's client base across Canada, focusing on home healthcare providers. This commission-based role involves identifying potential clients, demonstrating our healthcare management platform, and closing deals with organizations seeking to improve their operational efficiency. Success in this position means consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets while building long-term relationships with healthcare providers. As a key revenue driver, this role directly impacts company growth and connects healthcare organizations with solutions that enhance patient care delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Prospect and identify potential healthcare clients through LinkedIn, industry networks, and referrals
  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations highlighting our platform's geofenced check-ins, shift management, and team communication features
  • Develop tailored proposals addressing each healthcare organization's specific operational challenges
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to contract signing and handoff to implementation
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities to ensure consistent revenue growth
  • Stay current on healthcare industry trends and challenges to effectively position our solutions
  • Collaborate with our product team to communicate market feedback and client requirements
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline forecasts
  • Represent ProveraCare at virtual and in-person healthcare industry events when appropriate
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of successful B2B SaaS sales experience with demonstrable results
  • Experience selling to healthcare organizations or home care providers preferred
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a commission-based environment
  • Strong understanding of healthcare staffing challenges and operations management
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical solutions in business terms
  • Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational abilities
  • Experience with CRM systems and virtual sales processes
  • Comfort with working remotely and managing your own schedule effectively
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required with equivalent experience
  • Located in Canada with ability to travel occasionally when needed
