Euna Solutions is seeking a Content Specialist to join our Learning & Adoption team to create clear, accurate documentation for our SaaS products. You will write and maintain help center articles that translate complex product information into user-friendly guidance that customers can follow and act on.

This hands-on role requires independent project management with minimal coaching, collaboration with SMEs, and adherence to accessibility and writing standards.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in technical writing, documentation, content writing, or a closely related field.
• Ability to turn complex information into concise, user-friendly documentation with minimal coaching.
• Ability to ask targeted questions and gather information from SMEs to fill gaps.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple documentation tasks and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Write clear, user-focused help articles translating SaaS workflows into customer-ready documentation.
• Identify documentation needs tied to product releases and produce or update articles ahead of launches.
• Collaborate with SMEs to gather information and close gaps before publishing.
• Review and edit existing help articles for accuracy, consistency, and alignment with product functionality.
• Apply writing, content, and accessibility standards consistently across all documentation.
• Incorporate feedback from SMEs and senior team members to refine assigned work.
