Job summary

A leading SaaS integration solutions provider is seeking an Implementation Engineer to guide customers in deploying their solutions. You will manage technical aspects of implementations, collaborate with teams, and ensure successful customer experiences. Ideal candidates have over 5 years of experience in software implementation and strong technical skills. This is a full-time role based in Ontario, Canada.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software implementation or technical project management.
• Experience working with Access Control Systems.
• Strong technical knowledge of APIs and SDKs (iOS, Android, and React Native).

Responsibilities

• Execute the technical aspects of implementing software solutions.
• Provide technical guidance during the planning and deployment phases.
• Investigate and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
