Euna Solutions is seeking a Senior Implementation Manager to lead client onboarding from kickoff to adoption, coordinating with sales, product, CS, and support to ensure a smooth transition.

You will configure SaaS products, manage project scope and timelines, develop training materials, and drive continuous improvement while delivering outstanding customer outcomes in a hybrid Oakville-based role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years in client-facing implementation or SaaS onboarding.
• Strong understanding of software implementation processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with Excel; ability to author reports.

Responsibilities
