Job summary

You will manage the flow of goods, information, and services, focusing on inventory optimization, transport costs, and labor capacity, with end-to-end ownership of S&OP execution and network design.

The role requires data-driven decision making, cross-functional collaboration, and strong skills in Excel and SQL.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of cross-functional work with tech and non-tech teams.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvements using data and metrics.
• 2+ years of supply chain experience.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and SQL.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience defining program requirements using data to drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate strong customer focus and drive tactical and strategic improvements.
• Own programmatic execution at detailed and strategic levels.
• Identify, prioritize, and implement processes to eliminate defects in the supply chain.
• Create and drive solutions for end-to-end customer experience improvements.
• Execute root cause analysis and deliver results.
• Collaborate in a cross-functional capacity across teams.
• Data mine using SQL/Python to influence key business decisions.
