Job summary

Longo is seeking a Logistics & Compliance Analyst to transform data into insights across our supply chain. You will drive demand planning, forecasting, and supplier performance improvements to optimize inventory and service levels.

Reporting to the Replenishment Manager, you will use SQL, Excel, Python, and AI-enabled tools to automate reporting, build dashboards, and support continuous improvement across merchandising, distribution, and vendors in a retail context.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics or CS.
• 1–3 years experience in Supply Chain Planning, Demand Planning, Inventory Management or Analytics.
• Experience applying AI technologies to forecasting, reporting, and process automation.

Responsibilities

• Support demand planning, forecast analysis, and performance measurement.
• Develop dashboards, reports and scorecards to drive decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate requirements into insights.
• Lead continuous improvement and automation initiatives within Supply Chain.
• Champion AI and Copilot capabilities to enhance analytics and decision-making.
