Job summary

Four Seasons RV Rentals in Abbotsford, BC is seeking an Assistant Rentals Manager to support the Rentals Manager in daily operations, fleet readiness, and customer satisfaction. The role focuses on coordinating rental processes, front office tasks, housekeeping, and ensuring units are ready for customer use.

You will work closely with the Rentals Manager and team to maintain smooth operations, lead staff, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory or lead experience in operations, service, or production environments.
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities with a hands-on approach.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Strong communication and customer service capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience in hospitality, rental operations, or customer service is an asset.
• German and/or Dutch language skills are considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Support the Rentals Manager in daily operations and ensure policy compliance.
• Assist in managing the rental fleet and supplies.
• Oversee front office activities, fleet preparation, housekeeping, and unit readiness.
• Ensure rental units meet quality standards prior to customer delivery.
• Assist with customer orientations and rental introductions.
• Coordinate with the PDI team on maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
• Assist with staff scheduling, training, and day-to-day team leadership.
• Support housekeeping and PDI teams to maintain standards.
• Provide guidance to team members to ensure efficient workflows.
• Promote teamwork and a positive, collaborative work environment.
