Job summary

Fraserway RV LP in Delta, BC is hiring an RV Maintenance Technician – Rentals (Seasonal) to service our rental fleet. This role involves hands-on work with RV systems, appliances, plumbing, and electrical components while gaining experience in the RV industry.

You will inspect, repair, and maintain RV systems, perform routine maintenance, winterize and de-winterize units, and help with fleet turnover to keep units safe and customer-ready.

Qualifications

• Experience in RV repair or automotive maintenance.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license and comfortable driving up to 30 feet.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-rental inspections to ensure RVs are customer-ready.
• Complete minor repairs on appliances, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and other RV systems.
• Perform routine maintenance, including oil changes and basic servicing.
• Review work orders and identify larger repair needs for further assessment.
• Winterize and de-winterize RVs.
• Assist with fleet turnaround, transfers, and seasonal preparation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
