Job summary

Fraserway RV, Canada's largest vertically integrated RV company, seeks an RV Rental Operations Supervisor in Whitehorse to lead Detailing, Housekeeping, and PDI teams. You will ensure units are prepared on time and meet quality standards while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Reporting to Rentals Manager, you will supervise daily operations, coordinate with departments, and drive operational efficiency and staff development in a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or team lead experience.
• Minimum two years of experience in RV rentals, hospitality, tourism, accommodations, or related service industry.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid Class 5 driver’s licence with a clean driving record.
• Knowledge of workplace health and safety practices.
• Fluency in German is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the Detailing, Housekeeping, and PDI teams.
• Prepare staff schedules, assign work, and monitor daily operations.
• Ensure rental RVs are cleaned, inspected, serviced, and ready according to reservation schedules.
• Coordinate with Customer Service and other departments to support efficient rental operations.
• Monitor fleet readiness, turnaround times, and operational performance.
• Coach, train, mentor, and support team members.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee performance management.
• Resolve operational and customer service issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Promote a positive, respectful, and safety-focused work environment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and workplace health and safety standards.
• Recommend improvements to operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Salary: $22.00–$26.00 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)

Working Conditions

• Weekend, evening, and seasonal overtime may be required.
• Indoor and outdoor work in all weather conditions.
