Fraserway RV LP in Canada is seeking a hands-on Delivery & Customer Experience Specialist. You will deliver RV orientations, walk customers through vehicle systems and safe operation, and ensure a top-tier customer experience.

When not delivering RVs, you’ll support dealership operations, grow in a fast-paced role, and be on your feet all day. This role suits those who enjoy teaching, hands-on work, and teamwork.

Qualifikationen

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Mechanical aptitude or hands-on orientation.
• Valid driver's license.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends during peak season.
• Experience in customer service, technical support, automotive, trades, retail or hospitality.

Aufgaben

• Deliver full RV orientations and walkthroughs with customers.
• Explain systems clearly and confidently (power, water, propane, appliances, awnings, slide-outs, etc.).
• Make minor mechanical or setup adjustments without needing a technician.
• Answer customer questions professionally and calmly.
• Educate customers on warranties, accessories, and camping supplies available in-store.
• Move RVs around the lot and shop (including forklift operation, training provided).
• Support the sales and service teams as needed.
• Assist with RV trade shows, setup, and takedown.
• Be on your feet and active throughout the day.
