Job summary

Environmental 360 Solutions Ltd. (E360S) is seeking a proactive Route Supervisor for our Port Coquitlam, BC office. You will lead a team, plan daily waste collection routes, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance on all assignments.

The role requires 3–5 years of related experience, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication and problem-solving skills. Weekend/after-hours work may be required, with opportunities to contribute to process improvements and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education/training preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in waste collection, transportation, or related field.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Valid driver’s license; Class 3 license preferred.
• Must be able to work weekends and after hours when required.
• Knowledge of waste management operations, safety regulations, and route planning.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of route collection personnel.
• Schedule, plan, and monitor waste collection routes to ensure timely and efficient service.
• Ensure all safety protocols, company policies, and regulatory requirements are followed on routes.
• Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members.
• Monitor vehicle performance and coordinate with maintenance for repairs or preventive maintenance.
• Develop and maintain relationships with Municipalities’ personnel and address inquiries, concerns, and service issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate operational records, reports, and documentation.
• Implement process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
• Assist management with recruiting, onboarding, and training new team members.

Position Summary:
