Job summary

Environmental 360 Solutions Ltd. (E360S) in Williams Lake is seeking a proactive Route Supervisor to oversee daily driver and site staff, coordinate routes across Williams Lake and 100 Mile House, and cover warehouse teams as needed.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of route management or supervision, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and a safety-conscious mindset. This role focuses on efficient service, safety compliance, and team coaching.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years route management and/or supervisory experience.
• Previous waste management industry preferred.
• Valid Class 3 driver's license with a clean driver’s abstract.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to coach and mentor collection staff.

Responsibilities

• Morning Safety: Conduct the morning safety talk and relay important notices to staff.
• Administrative Duties: Set up the next day’s schedule with dispatch; reconcile prior day’s paperwork and work orders.
• On-Route Supervision: Resolve on-route issues, monitor crew performance, and ensure route progress.
• Maintenance & Safety: Discuss maintenance needs with Operations Manager and arrange repairs or scheduling of spare units; attend to incidents and spills.
• End of Day: Review outstanding paperwork, work orders, and maintenance issues to be resolved.
• Plan, direct and coordinate employee routes as needed; train, coach and manage staff for efficiency; investigate incidents and ensure policy adherence.
