The Route Supervisor will be responsible for developing a thorough understanding of the Company’s transportation Requirements: and patterns. They will review and process day to day operations, evaluate and recommend equipment needs, and plan and schedule appropriate service lines to maintain a cost-effective balance between customer service and cost of service. They will ensure compliance with all government related programs specific to mode and direction of related haulage.

Licensing: Valid Commercial Driver’s License (DZ or AZ) with a clean Driver’s Abstract and CVOR.
Driving Experience: Minimum 1 year of commercial driving experience (or completion of an accredited truck driving school program).
Supervisory Experience: Managed commercial drivers in a waste environment.
Equipment Operation : Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy commercial collection vehicles and hydraulic packer systems.
Safety Commitment : Ability to successfully satisfy all company standards for safety-sensitive operational roles.
Reliability : Strong attendance record and flexibility to support early morning start schedules and operational overtime when needed.
