This entry-level supervisory role offers growth within a stable, customer-focused organization with a daytime schedule.

You will provide route coverage during absences, respond to customer requests, negotiate renewals, build strong customer and team relationships, and collaborate with leadership to deliver

Qualificações

• High school diploma or CAEC required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Leadership mindset with willingness to mentor others.
• Experience in route sales, delivery, or customer service preferred.
• Tech-savvy with ability to learn new systems.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
