Job summary

UniFirst Canada is hiring a Route Service Representative to manage an assigned route, delivering and picking garments daily while building strong customer relationships.

You will work on a daytime, Monday–Friday schedule on the road, with earnings through commission and opportunities to upsell products. Safety and customer satisfaction are top priorities as you represent UniFirst on the road.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or CAEC is required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work independently.
• Experience in customer service, route sales, or delivery is a plus.
• Comfortable using new technology to improve efficiency.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and be on your feet for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact on assigned route, delivering and picking garments daily.
• Assist with loading/unloading route trucks to start each day accurately.
• Ensure on-time, accurate deliveries and returns with high customer satisfaction.
• Grow customer relationships by addressing service needs and upselling products.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and expand the route’s revenue.
