You will oversee training, cover routes during absences, and drive excellent customer satisfaction. The position emphasizes team development, contract renewals, and collaboration with management for best-in-class programs.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record, at least 21.
• High school diploma or CAEC required.
• Strong customer service skills with independent and teamwork ability.
• Hands-on leadership mindset with coaching and mentoring ability.
• Experience in leadership, customer service, route sales, delivery, or entrepreneurship preferred.
• Tech-savvy and willing to learn new technologies.
• Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods.
