Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division on an established route, delivering and picking up uniforms and facility services products. This indoor/outdoor role emphasizes safety, rapport with customers, and meeting service needs.

The position offers a solid base salary plus commissions, a 4-day workweek majority, no nights or weekends, and ongoing training with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

Must have a valid driver's license.
High School diploma, GED or Military Service.
Strong customer service orientation.
Self-motivation and teamwork.
Positive attitude, ambition, organization and service spirit.

Responsibilities

You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must work to build rapport with key decision makers.
Ensure quality standards, and proactively solve customer concerns.
Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
Negotiating service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely.
Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
