Job summary

NTT DATA Services is seeking an IT Call Center Customer Service professional for a 24/7 Provider Clinical Service Desk role in Canada. You will handle inbound calls related to clinical applications in a fast-paced environment and document and escalate incidents as needed.

Shift flexibility is required, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Travel up to 10% and lifting up to 25 lbs may be required; comprehensive benefits accompany a remote role in Canada.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years service desk / helpdesk experience.
• Minimum 1 year technical troubleshooting experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year IT Call Center Customer Service experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls in a 24x7 call center environment.
• Respond to inquiries about clinical applications (Epic, Cerner, McKesson, Meditech).
• Document comments and close or escalate incident tickets promptly.
• Drive incident resolution on a 24/7 desk.
• Maintain quiet, private workspace with high-speed internet.
