Job summary

Eaton’s Early Career Development Program offers a structured two-year rotational path across Manufacturing, Engineering and Business units in Canada, starting July 2027. You will gain hands-on experience, training and networking with senior leaders while building a broad skill set to fuel your career goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Power Systems, Operations, and/or Manufacturing Engineering with graduation before July 2027.
• Minimum one internship or co-op experience or relevant prior work experience.
• Legally authorized to work in Canada on a permanent basis without sponsorship.
• Residence within 120km of Burlington, Milton, Mississauga or Toronto required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a two-year program with three eight-month assignments at Eaton facilities.
• Engage in Manufacturing, Engineering, Operational excellence, Supply chain, Quality, Marketing and Sales roles.
• Develop core professional capabilities and present to Eaton leaders during assignments.
• Travel up to 25% within a local region as determined by the manager.
