Job summary

Niagara Casinos is seeking a Fixed Term Room Service Server to deliver remarkable guest experiences in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You will take orders, upsell menu items, and coordinate food and beverage deliveries with accuracy and care.

The ideal candidate holds Smart Serve certification, at least 1 year in food and beverage, and strong communication and organizational skills. You will work within a dynamic team, balancing transactions and ensuring accessibility of supplies

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 years’ experience in food and beverage environment.
• Smart Serve certification.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• Attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using Micros software.

Responsibilities

• Take guest orders over the phone, providing guests with alternatives and suggestions by upselling menu items.
• Prepare and deliver food and drink orders.
• Balance transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
• Ensure all necessary supplies are readily available.
• Work as one team under stressful conditions during high volume business levels.
