Job summary

Niagara Casinos seeks a dedicated Room Attendant to maintain pristine guest rooms and public areas at our Niagara Falls property. You will clean and tidy rooms, replace linens, and ensure spotless bathrooms while upholding safety standards.

You must be reliable with strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to work flexible shifts in a 24/7 operation. This fixed-term contract offers a supportive team and opportunities to contribute to guest comfort.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain patient rooms and public areas.
• Make beds, change linens, remove trash, dust and vacuum.
• Clean bathrooms, replenish amenities, and fixtures.
• Inspect and report equipment damage or malfunction.
• Respond to guest requests and assist with calls and concerns.
• Work independently and as part of a team to support guests.
• Lift up to 20 pounds, push/pull up to 30 pounds as needed.
• Follow OH&S policies and safety procedures.
