Job summary

Primary Care Alberta is seeking an energetic Registered Nurse for Teletriage within Health Link. You will provide telephone triage, health advice, and support to callers across Alberta using clinical protocols and nursing assessment.

The role involves applying nursing processes, demonstrating critical thinking, and delivering patient-centered care in a high-volume call-center environment. A part-time schedule with flexible shifts is offered with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have completed an accredited nursing education program.
• Active or eligible for registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Alberta (CRNA).
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support - Health Care Provider (BCLS-HCP).

Responsibilities

• Provide telephone triage and health advice to callers.
• Utilize clinical protocols and databases to assess and counsel patients.
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered nursing care in a call-center setting.
