Job summary

Primary Care Alberta is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for Teletriage within Health Link. You will provide telephone-based nursing assessments, health advice, and counseling to Albertans using clinical protocols and software, ensuring safety and appropriate care access.

You will work in a high-volume call center, collaborating with the UNA team, and support a variety of clinical issues across shifts. The role offers part-time hours with a 0.60 FTE and an attractive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing education program and active CRNA registration.
• Experience providing high-volume telephone triage and patient counseling is expected.
• Ability to use clinical protocols and databases to guide care decisions.
