Job summary

Primary Care Alberta is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join Health Link, Teletriage, delivering telephone triage and health information to Albertans. You will assess callers, apply clinical protocols, and provide evidence-based guidance with a compassionate, patient-centered approach.

In this role, you will work with diverse cases, utilizing your nursing expertise and strong communication skills to ensure safe, appropriate care and referrals, within a fast-paced call center

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing education program.
• Active or eligible for registration and practice permit with the College of Registered Nurses of Alberta (CRNA).
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support - Health Care Provider (BCLS-HCP).

Responsibilities

• Provide telephone triage and health information to callers.
• Assess, triage and counsel patients using clinical protocols.
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a contact care setting.
• Maintain accurate records using clinical software and databases.
