BayCare Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse – Hemodialysis for the Tampa, Florida area. This full-time, on-site role requires shift flexibility, evening hours, and weekend requirements.

Responsibilities include delivering compassionate dialysis care using established nursing processes and collaborating with the health care team to support patient recovery in a critical care setting.

Formación

• RN license required.
• Diploma/Associate/Bachelor in Nursing or higher.
• 1 year RN experience in Hemodialysis in Acute Care setting.
• BLS certification.
• ACLS certification.

Responsabilidades

• Care for dialysis patients in a hospital setting using nursing process and clinical standards.
• Delegate patient care activities to health care team members.
• Provide care throughout recovery in critical care.

Positions Details

• Location: St. Joesph's Hospital – Tampa, Florida (Float)
• Status: Full Time
• Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
• Every other weekend requirement
• On Call: Yes
• Always in person

Requirements

• RN (Registered Nurse) License
• Diploma, Associate’s, Bachelor's or Higher in Nursing
• Preferred Education: Bachelor's in Nursing
• 1-years' RN experience in the Hemodialysis in an Acute Care setting
• BLS certification with the American Red Cross or American Heart Association
• ACLS certification with the American Heart Association

The Registered Nurse – Hemodialysis Responsibilities And Skills

• Works in a hospital setting and independently cares for a group of Dialysis patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards
• Delegates appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team
• Care for patient needs throughout their recovery in critical care
