Job summary

St. Joe's in Hamilton Downtown is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Nephrology department for in-person, full-time work at Charlton Campus. The RN will provide patient-centered care, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and support nephrology patients across complex needs.

Requirements include current Ontario RN license, BCLS/HCP, and experience in nephrology or related fields. Flexible shifts and a commitment to professional development are expected.

Qualifications

• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
• Valid BCLS/HCP certification is required.
• Experience in nephrology or related areas is preferred.
• Ability to work flexible shifts and collaborate with the team.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered and evidence-informed nephrology care.
• Collaborate with an inter-professional team to plan and deliver treatment.
• Demonstrate leadership in patient care and education.
• Participate in RN shift coverage and unit support as needed.
