The Registered Nurse (RN) – Dialysis at St. Joseph’s Health System, King Campus, Hamilton, is a regular full-time role (in person) responsible for providing patient-centered dialysis care in a high-acuity unit.

The RN collaborates with the interdisciplinary team, adheres to College of Nurses of Ontario standards, and supports education and leadership within the centre; prior nephrology experience is an asset.

Qualifications

The RN provides patient/client-centred and evidence-informed care to promote health and assess the need for the provision of care and the treatment of health conditions by supportive preventative therapeutic palliative and rehabilitation means in order to attain or maintain optimal patient/client function.
