Job summary

BayCare Health System is looking for a Cardiac Cath Lab Charge RN in St. Josephs Cove. The Charge Nurse will provide leadership within the Cardiovascular and Interventional Services Team, assisting in the execution of diagnostic and invasive procedures.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of two years in Clinical Nursing and at least one year in relevant areas like Cath Lab and Emergency Department. The position is full-time, with daytime shifts and no weekend work.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in Clinical Nursing.
• At least 1 year in Cath Lab, Interventional Radiology, Electrophysiology, Emergency Department or Critical Care.
• RN license is required.

Responsibilities

BayCare is looking for its newest Cardiac Cath Lab Charge RN in Tampa, FL. The Cardiac Cath Lab Charge Nurse serves as a member of the Cardiovascular and Interventional Services Team assisting in the performance of diagnostic and invasive procedures. Is Resident Expert in clinical and technical aspect of Cardiovascular/Interventional. Functions independently during diagnostic and interventions with no supervision. Assumes room charge, team leader charge and proctorship of team members when assigned by Manager. Promotes evidence-based clinical care that exemplifies the pursuit of clinical excellence.
