Qualifications

• RIBO license in good standing.
• 2+ years Personal Lines Account management/service experience, preferably in a brokerage.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries quickly and efficiently.
• Review renewal accounts and quote renewals.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Process policy changes.
• Maintain relationships with insurers and underwriters.
• Support Producers as required.
• Respond to underwriting inquiries from brokers and internal teams.
• Promote company features and portfolio reviews.
