Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years' experience as a Personal Lines Account Manager, CSR or TSR.
• Sound knowledge of insurance industry, policies, and products.
• Ability to problem solve and use appropriate judgment when assessing a risk or issue.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain positive client relations.
• Collaborate with Underwriters daily and maintain strong relationships.
• Manage client policy renewals and re-market existing clients when necessary.
