Job summary

EmploisCourtage is seeking a personable Personal Lines Account Manager to deliver exceptional client service, manage accounts, and tailor coverage solutions. You will work closely with Producers and carriers to process endorsements and keep client records up to date in a collaborative team setting.

The role requires a valid RIBO license and at least three years of insurance experience, with strong communication and sales skills.

Qualifications

• Active RIBO license in good standing is required.
• Minimum 3 years of prior insurance experience.
• Strong problem solving, time management, and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Client Service & Policy Management: handle requests for policy changes, quotes, cancellations, reinstatements, rewrites and new policies.
• Coverage Optimization: review client policies and tailor coverage options.
• Producer & Carrier Collaboration: coordinate with Producers and forward endorsement requests to carriers.
• Account Maintenance: follow up on non-renewals, varied terms notices, coverage gaps and inquiries.
• Team Support & Growth: assist teammates and participate in process improvements and initiatives.
