The Opportunity

As part of the global RFP team, you will be responsible for managing and delivering high-quality responses to RFPs, RFIs, and due diligence questionnaires from institutional prospects and clients. You’ll work closely with colleagues across investment, client servicing, and operations teams to ensure each submission reflects our philosophy, process, and values with clarity and precision.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and produce RFPs, RFIs, and DDQs for institutional investors and consultants
• Collaborate with subject matter experts globally to gather, refine, and verify content
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance across all proposal materials
• Maintain and enhance the firm’s content library to reflect the latest insights and data
• Support broader business development and client service initiatives as required

About You
