Crossing Hurdles is seeking a Revenue Operations Specialist (SaaS) for a contract role. This remote position supports revenue operations across the US and Canada, with a commitment of 10–40 hours per week.

You will oversee CRM data, design compliant workflows, resolve policy conflicts, and explain decisions to technical and non-technical teams. Strong SaaS revenue ops experience and hands-on CRM ownership are required.

Formación

• Experience leading revenue operations for SaaS environments.
• Hands-on CRM ownership experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
• Familiarity with billing, CPQ, ticketing, or project tracking tools.
• Ability to explain complex decisions to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience resolving policy conflicts in revenue-related operations.
• Knowledge of applicable compliance requirements and operational design.
• Strong problem-solving skills related to revenue data integrity.

Location: Remote - U.S. or Canada only
