Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking an experienced Sales/Revenue/CS Operations Expert for a remote contractor role. You will optimize CRM workflows, data accuracy, and reporting across SaaS environments, shaping revenue operations.

You will configure Salesforce or HubSpot, manage quoting and billing tools, and build efficient sales and customer success processes. Excellent communication and strong problem-solving are essential to drive adoption and operational improvements.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Sales, Revenue, or Customer Success Operations.
• Hands-on CRM configuration and management experience.
• Experience with at least two revenue-related tools outside the CRM.
• Strong operational judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong understanding of data accuracy, reporting, and workflow management.
