Job summary

Crossing Hurdles is seeking a remote contract specialist to join our revenue operations team. The role supports the US or Canada region and offers hourly compensation. The workload is 10–40 hours per week with flexible scheduling to align with business needs.

You will work through realistic operations scenarios, diagnose data accuracy across connected systems, and configure CRM platforms and related tools. Collaboration with sales and customer success teams is essential to drive workflow

Qualifications

• At least 4 years in sales, revenue, or customer success operations.
• Hands-on experience with CRM configuration and maintenance.
• Familiarity with at least two tools beyond the CRM such as billing or ticketing.
• Strong operational judgment to resolve policy conflicts.
• Ability to articulate reasoning to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience in diagnosing data issues across systems for accuracy.
• Knowledge of SaaS operational practices and workflows.
