Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a seasoned Salesforce/HubSpot Administrator to support Revenue Systems in a fully remote role. You will optimize CRM and related revenue tools to drive operational excellence and accurate data flows.

In this contractor position, you’ll audit configurations, resolve data inconsistencies, and document governance decisions to enable scalable SaaS processes across billing, CPQ, and ticketing integrations.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years hands-on with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms.
• Experience leading CRM implementations, migrations or rollouts.
• Strong knowledge of fields, objects, flows, validation rules and automation.
• Experience with two revenue/operational systems (billing, CPQ, ticketing, integrations).
• Proficiency with SQL, APIs, data models and cross-system reconciliation.
• Experience in SaaS environments.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Salesforce / HubSpot Administrator – Revenue Systems (SaaS)

Role Type: Contractor
Location: Remote

We are seeking experienced Salesforce / HubSpot Administrators – Revenue Systems (SaaS) to support a customer project focused on operational excellence across CRM and revenue systems.

You’ll use your CRM expertise to evaluate real-world SaaS operations, resolve data and process inconsistencies, and help improve how AI systems understand complex business workflows. No prior AI experience is required.

• Audit CRM and integrated revenue systems for inconsistencies, outdated policies, duplicate records, and automation issues.
• Analyze policy conflicts and determine appropriate business rules.
• Review and reconcile data across CRM and connected platforms.
• Create clear operational prompts and documentation for complex SaaS scenarios.
• Document recommended system changes and operational decisions.

Preferred Qualifications
