Job description

About OneRiver Software

OneRiver Software is a rapidly growing enterprise software company focused on solving one of the biggest challenges facing asset-intensive organizations: getting maintenance work planned, scheduled, and executed.

With more than 25 years of experience in maintenance software, OneRiver provides cloud-based solutions that enhance existing ERP environments. Our solutions, Arrow and Cornerstone, integrate with SAP and Oracle environments and connect critical maintenance data across ERP and other systems.

Our customers operate in asset-intensive industries including oil & gas, mining, chemicals, industrial manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, and food & beverage, where maintenance performance directly affects reliability, productivity, safety, and profitability.

The Opportunity

The Revenue Growth Specialist will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and leadership to identify and execute opportunities that increase OneRiver Software's revenue.

This is a hands‑on, cross‑functional role for someone who enjoys finding opportunities, improving processes, engaging with prospects and customers, and turning ideas into measurable results. The successful candidate will bring a combination of business development, sales support, marketing execution, data analysis, and commercial curiosity.

You will help build and execute programs that generate new business, improve conversion rates, expand existing customer relationships, and strengthen OneRiver's overall revenue engine.

Key Responsibilities
Revenue & Sales Growth
  • Identify new opportunities to generate qualified leads and increase sales pipeline.

  • Support the sales team with prospect research, account targeting, outreach, and follow‑up.

  • Help develop and execute strategies to convert prospects into customers.

  • Identify opportunities for upselling, cross‑selling, renewals, and expansion within the existing customer base.

  • Track sales activity, pipeline progression, conversion rates, and revenue opportunities.

  • Work with sales leadership to improve the customer journey from initial interest through closed business.

  • Assist the sales team in managing ongoing opportunities.

Marketing & Demand Generation
  • Work with Marketing to develop campaigns and initiatives that generate awareness, leads, and sales opportunities.

  • Help identify target markets, industries, customer segments, and prospective accounts.

  • Assist with email campaigns, content initiatives, webinars, events, partner programs, and other demand‑generation activities.

  • Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements based on results.

  • Help ensure marketing activity is closely aligned with sales priorities and revenue objectives.

Revenue Operations & Insights
  • Analyze sales and marketing data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

  • Maintain accurate prospect, lead, and opportunity information in the CRM.

  • Develop reports and dashboards that help the team understand revenue performance.

  • Identify bottlenecks in the sales and marketing process and recommend practical solutions.

  • Test new approaches, measure results, and continuously improve revenue‑generating activities.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and leadership.

  • Bring customer and prospect insights back to the broader organization.

  • Help create repeatable processes that enable OneRiver to scale its revenue growth.

  • Take ownership of projects from idea through execution and measurement.

What We're Looking For
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, marketing, revenue operations, or a related commercial role.

  • Strong understanding of the B2B software sales and marketing environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities and turn them into action.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

  • Comfortable working with AI tools, CRM systems, spreadsheets, analytics, and business software.

  • Self‑motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.

  • Collaborative and comfortable working across departments.

  • Curious, entrepreneurial, and willing to experiment with new approaches.

  • Strong attention to detail and a focus on measurable outcomes.

Nice to Have
  • Experience selling or marketing SaaS/software solutions in the ERP space.

  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms.

  • Experience with outbound prospecting and account‑based marketing.

  • Experience creating or managing digital marketing campaigns.

  • Experience using data and reporting to improve sales performance.

How Success Will Be Measured

Success in this role will be measured by the individual's ability to contribute to measurable revenue growth, including:

  • Growth in qualified sales pipeline.

  • New customer acquisition.

  • Improved lead‑to‑opportunity and opportunity‑to‑customer conversion.

  • Revenue generated from growth initiatives.

  • Expansion and cross‑sell opportunities within the existing customer base.

  • Improved effectiveness of sales and marketing programs.

  • Quality and accuracy of revenue reporting and CRM data.

Why Join OneRiver Software?

This is an opportunity to have a meaningful impact on a growing software company. The Revenue Growth Specialist will have visibility across the business and the opportunity to work directly with Sales, Marketing, and leadership.

You'll have the opportunity to build, test, learn, and make a measurable contribution to OneRiver's growth rather than simply execute a predefined playbook.

If you're commercially minded, data‑driven, curious, and excited by the opportunity to help build a company's revenue engine, we'd like to hear from you.
