This lack of digitalization has left construction far behind a global economy on the rise and placed the industry as one of the least productive industries too.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Revenue and Billing Analyst to join our Revenue and Billing team. This individual will play a critical role in supporting accurate and timely customer billing, resolving complex billing inquiries, and ensuring that revenue-related processes align with accounting standards and business objectives.

With locations in London, ON, and Kitchener, ON, we offer a flexible setup, allowing you to work from one of our locations or remotely from anywhere in Ontario. No relocation assistance is offered for this position.

Who are you ideally?

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in billing, revenue operations, or accounting roles.
• Experience with Subscription invoicing is an asset.
• Knowledge of revenue recognition principles and billing methodologies.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and strong analytical skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.

Primary responsibilities:

• Review and process complex customer billing requests, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Respond to billing inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Analyze contract changes, credits, or adjustments for proper revenue recognition.
• Collaborate with sales, customer success, and legal teams to interpret contracts and ensure accurate billing.
• Prepare and reconcile billing schedules, revenue reports, and documentation.
• Support month-end closing activities, including variance analysis.
• Maintain documentation of billing processes and controls for audits.
• Identify opportunities to improve billing and revenue processes.
