Job summary

Rawlings Sporting Goods Company Inc in Paris, Ontario is hiring a Customer Service Representative – Returns & Warranty to manage product returns, warranty claims, and provide timely, accurate support to customers. You will process orders, communicate product details, take phone orders, and help resolve inquiries to maintain a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Proven customer service experience (at least 2 years).
• Experience with Incorta, SPS Commerce and EDI is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint) and advanced Excel.
• Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of baseball/softball products is an asset.
• Legal entitlement to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Review and resolve warranty requests with replacements or credits.
• Assist with CSR duties and back-up when needed.
• Answer calls and process orders.
• Resolve product questions and troubleshoot issues.
• Prepare RA requests and ensure timely follow-up.
• Coordinate with customers to troubleshoot service issues.
• Follow up on back orders and inquiries.
• Set up pickup tags with couriers as needed.
• Expedite picking tickets to meet customer expectations.
• Check stock levels as requested.
• Prepare shipping documentation.
• Attend Yearly Sales Meeting.
