Job summary

Pure Fishing, Inc. is seeking a Canada Customer Service Returns & Warehouse Coordinator to manage the end-to-end returns process and support warehouse operations.

You will act as the main liaison for customers on returns, credits, and replacements, while coordinating with 3PLs and internal teams for accurate inventory reconciliation. Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in returns/logistics, experience with SAP/Oracle, and strong Excel skills, with attention to detail and cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in customer service, returns processing, logistics, or warehouse coordination.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail with organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end returns process, including authorizations, tracking, and resolution.
• Serve as primary contact for customers regarding returns, replacements, and warranties.
• Process credits, replacements, and product disposition accurately and promptly.
• Coordinate with 3PL providers and warehouse teams for returns handling.
• Monitor inventory levels related to returns and update systems accordingly.
• Assist with inbound/outbound logistics, shipment tracking, and issue resolution.
• Identify discrepancies between physical inventory and system records.
• Analyze returns data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Quality, and Supply Chain to reduce returns.
