Trail Appliances in Edmonton is seeking a detail-oriented Return Coordinator Assistant to support the shop and parts functions, processing defective returns and warranty claims, and ensuring inventory accuracy. You will collaborate with technicians and the Parts Department to locate parts, manage inventory, and coordinate manufacturer returns, maintaining organized records and safe work areas.

Qualifications

• Experience in a shop, warehouse, or similar environment preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Organized with attention to detail and able to follow instructions.
• Mechanical aptitude to assist with basic installations and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Keep the shop and damage area clean, organized and safe.
• Manage shop, floor and damage inventory with counts and records.
• Assist with locating parts and processing returns and warranty claims.
• Coordinate with manufacturers and other departments to support operations.
