Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business, Construction, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' professional experience in project controls or administration.
• Experience in construction industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager to ensure quality standards, timely completion, and efficient management.
• Establish governance, processes, and systems for the project.
• Maintain detailed project plans and status updates; coordinate with team and stakeholders.
• Support monthly and executive reporting; prepare client-facing reports and dashboards.
• Assist with proposals for new projects or variations; comply with SOX where applicable.
