Tilley is seeking a Team Lead at our Halton Hills store to partner with the Store Manager to drive sales and customer satisfaction. You will lead a sales team, implement store initiatives, and ensure excellent service while upholding company standards and policies.

This role offers opportunities to advance and contribute to long-term store goals in a dynamic retail environment. The position may require evenings and weekends and supports growth within the company.

Qualifikationen

• 1–2 years of retail management experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Planning, prioritizing and follow-up skills
• Ability to coach, provide feedback and develop a high-performing team
• Passion for customer service and positive work environment
• Ability to resolve conflict proactively and professionally
• Open availability to work evenings, weekends, openings and closings

Aufgaben

• Drive sales to meet store budget
• Identify opportunities to increase sales
• Lead sales team to meet productivity standards and exceed budgets
• Perform opening and closing procedures per standards
• Collaborate with Manager on Duty to meet budgets
• Assist Store Manager with training onboarding of new employees
• Ensure cash desk and fitting room controls are followed
• Lead by example to coordinate daily priorities and workload
• Ensure markdowns are processed and merchandised per standards
• Communicate successes, opportunities, and solutions to Management
• Adhere to company policies and procedures
• Provide a compelling store environment by inspiring the team and engaging customers
• Foster effective teamwork with support departments
