Tilley is seeking a Store Manager for a brand-new Vaughan, Ontario location. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales, and ensuring operational excellence across merchandising, staff development, and store performance.

Responsibilities include leading a team, meeting targets, managing inventory, and collaborating with upper management to implement strategies while maintaining high standards of customer service and brand integrity.

Formación

• A university degree is required.
• At least 2 years of retail management experience.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience with opening new stores.
• Visual merchandising experience.
• Proven ability to drive sales results.
• Willingness to work holidays, weekends or evenings.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues.
• Maintain product knowledge and monitor market demand.
• Maintain visual merchandising and store cleanliness.
• Set and drive daily sales targets to meet goals.
• Plan and execute store events and promotions.
• Manage inventory and pricing policies.
