Groupe Dynamite Inc. in Ontario is seeking a Team Lead to drive store success by delivering a positive shopping experience and building lasting customer relationships.

You will contribute to daily store operations, optimize inventory, and ensure merchandising standards while supporting eCommerce order fulfillment. Qualifications include a high school diploma, 2 years in retail, 1 year as a team lead, plus strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma
• 2 years of retail experience is an asset
• 1 year of team lead experience in retail preferred
• Passion for fashion and customer-oriented
• Strong problem solving and decision-making abilities
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and relationship building
• Good time management and ability to multi-task
• Organized, proactive team player in fast-paced env.
• Social media and mobile devices skills are an asset
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays

Responsabilités

• Promote a positive shopping experience for each customer and build lasting relationships
• Contribute to daily store operations and inventory optimization
• Increase sales and customer satisfaction while upholding brand standards and visual merchandising
• Manage inventory through shipments, shelf replenishment, and eCom order fulfillment
• Support the Store Manager and participate in overall store success
